Can I pay directly with the card?

Does Bancus ship cards internationally?

How long does delivery take?

My card says “in process”. What does it mean?
It means your card: • Was successfully ordered • Is being prepared or shipped It does NOT mean there is an issue.
Can I use Bancus before receiving my card?
Yes. You can use the virtual card for online payments or mobile payments while waiting for the physical card.
How do I add funds to my account?
You can deposit crypto from: • External wallets • Centralized exchanges Supported assets: • USDT • USDC
Is there a fee to load the card?
Yes. A 4% fee applies only when loading your card from your crypto balance. Important: • No fees for payments • No fees for using the card • No fees for internal transfers
Can I send funds to other Bancus users?
Yes. Transfers are: • Instant • Free • Unlimited • From 1 USDT/USDC
Can I withdraw cash from ATMs?
Yes. All Bancus cards allow ATM withdrawals worldwide where Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
Does Bancus charge ATM withdrawal fees?
No. Bancus does NOT charge withdrawal fees. However: • The ATM provider may charge a fee • This is outside Bancus control
Do I need to withdraw cash to use Bancus?

How do I create an account?
